Income Requirement: Must meet 3x the rent. Employed - Recent 2 months of detailed pay stubs. Contractors/1099: 3-6 months of bank statements, and recent 1099 forms or contracts. Self employment: 1-2 years of tax returns, and 5 months of bank statements. SSI / Retirements: Current award or benefit statements.

Approval of Applications: Once applicants receive an approved result from Golden Key, the next step is an in-person office visit to submit an $800 holding deposit via postal money order or cashier's check. This deposit will hold the new home and remove it from the market. This holding deposit will be applied towards your security deposit after move in.
